GribBot Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are the Operator’s public offer to grant a paid non-exclusive license to use the Discord bot GribBot.
The Terms are prepared with regard to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (including Part Four — intellectual property), the Russian Federation Law “On Consumer Protection”, 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and customary practices for digital goods. For users in other countries, generally accepted consumer and data-protection principles are also taken into account (including GDPR if it applies to you).
The Russian version is the primary legal text. This English translation is provided for convenience.
By accepting the Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.
1. Parties and definitions

2. Subject
The Operator grants the Buyer a simple (non-exclusive) license to use GribBot on a Discord server (or servers) to the extent stated at purchase.
The exclusive right to the Bot remains with the Operator. Purchase does not mean a sale of source code, trademark, the Discord application token, or the right to resell the Bot as your own product.
GribBot includes, in particular:
- roles: grant, remove, self-select, level rewards;
- moderation: warnings, mute, kick, ban, softban, unban, channel restriction;
- reports, appeals, cases, action log, staff notes;
- levels, XP, voice activity, rewards and points;
- temporary voice channels, tags, auto-replies, message templates, application forms;
- a web panel for administrators (Discord sign-in).
The Bot works only within the Discord platform and its API.
3. How to get access (important)
There is no public Bot invite.
Access is granted after payment on Playerok or on individual terms agreed with the Operator (request form, forum, Discord, VK).
Until payment is confirmed and access is issued, the Operator is not obliged to add the Bot to a server.
The GribBot support server is available only to administrators of servers where the Bot is already authorized. Everyone else should use the request form.
4. Price, payment, Playerok
- The price is on the Playerok product card or in an individual agreement (a fixed amount).
- Playerok payments follow the Marketplace rules. Playerok is an intermediary for receiving payment and handling disputes on its platform. The Operator does not control Playerok.
- The Operator does not receive the Buyer’s bank card data.
- An individual deal outside Playerok is made in writing (website / forum / Discord / VK). Such a deal cannot worsen mandatory consumer rights under Russian law.
5. Delivery (license grant)
The digital good is considered delivered when the Operator:
- has added the Bot to the Discord server specified by the Buyer; and/or
- has confirmed access by another agreed method (instructions, application invite, panel access).
The Buyer must, within a reasonable time, provide:
- a server invite with permission to add bots, or add the Bot themselves using the Operator’s instructions;
- a correct server ID and a Discord contact.
Delay caused by the Buyer (no permissions, wrong data, server unavailable) is not the Operator’s delay.
After delivery the Buyer checks that the main commands respond. Hidden defects must be reported to the Operator without delay.
6. Refunds and claims
Mandatory consumer rights under the Law “On Consumer Protection” are not limited by these Terms.

Send a claim via the request form, to gribbot.sup@gmail.com, or the forum support section, with the order number / deal link and a description of the problem.
The Operator’s response time is up to 10 calendar days, unless another period follows from the law or Playerok rules.
7. Who may use it
7.1. Purchase
The Buyer is a person with legal capacity, generally at least 18 years old. Otherwise — with a legal guardian’s consent.
7.2. Server members
Public commands (/help, levels, self-roles, etc.) — unless the server administration restricted them.
7.3. Moderators
Moderation commands require the matching Discord permissions. The server administration is responsible for appointing moderators and for their actions.
8. Prohibited
- Abusing moderation: revenge, harassment, discrimination, knowingly false reasons.
- Evading punishments through other accounts.
- Breaking the Bot, spamming commands, exploiting bugs. A found vulnerability must be reported to the Operator, not used to cause harm.
- Sharing the token, OAuth secrets, panel access or Bot hosting with third parties.
- Reselling the license, renting the Bot out, or presenting it as your own product without the Operator’s written consent — unless the product card expressly allows otherwise.
- Using the Bot for spam, fraud, doxxing, distributing prohibited materials, or other violations of Russian law, Discord rules or third-party rights.
- Farming points, levels and statistics by collusion.
A violation gives the Operator the right to suspend the license. Payment for a period already provided is not refunded if the Buyer is at fault, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights if the goods had defects caused by the Operator.
9. Moderation, points, roles
- Measures: warn, mute, kick, ban, softban, channel restriction, role removal, auto-punishments at thresholds set by the administration.
- Closed DMs in Discord do not cancel a punishment.
- Appeal on the server: moderator → server administration → questions about the Bot itself — GribBot requests.
- Points and XP are not money and are not payable in rubles.
- Self-roles are only the roles the administration designated for members.
The Operator is not a party to disputes between members of someone else’s server and is not obliged to reverse a punishment issued by that server’s moderators if the Bot worked as designed.
10. Web panel
The panel is an extra interface for server administrators. Sign-in is via Discord OAuth. The Buyer must limit access to trusted people and must not share the session.
Operator access. The Operator has access to the web panel of every server where the Bot is installed (panel super-admin mode). This is necessary to issue and connect the Bot after payment; provide technical support; diagnose failures; fix defects; investigate abuse; and maintain the service.
The Operator does not use this access to replace the Buyer’s community moderation.
Panel downtime by itself does not mean the Bot is not working in Discord.
11. Duties of the parties
Operator: keep the Bot reasonably operational; grant access after payment; store data under the Privacy Policy; review requests.
Buyer: provide data for delivery; configure Bot permissions on the server; not share secrets; follow Discord ToS and the law; be responsible for their server’s moderators.
Server user: do not evade moderation or abuse commands.
12. Intellectual property
The GribBot name, code, panel design, website and documentation are protected. Ordinary use of the Bot on a licensed server is allowed. Copying the code, bypassing technical limits and removing branding without the Operator’s consent are prohibited.
13. Warranties and liability
The Bot is provided on the condition that it matches the product description. 24/7 uptime of the Discord API and the network is not guaranteed.
The Operator is not liable for:
- actions of the Buyer’s moderators and server administration;
- Discord, Playerok, internet or hosting failures not caused by the Operator;
- data loss from removing the Bot, database damage at the Buyer’s direction, or a compromise of the Buyer’s server;
- consequences of settings the Buyer chose (auto-ban thresholds and the like).
Liability that Russian law forbids excluding cannot be excluded (harm to life and health, intent, mandatory consumer rights).
In other cases the Operator’s aggregate liability to the Buyer is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant license.
14. License term and termination
The term is as on the product card or in the individual agreement. If no term is stated — for as long as the Operator provides the service and the Buyer does not breach the Terms.
The license ends when a paid term expires; when the Bot is removed at the Buyer’s request; upon a material breach of the Terms; or if the service is discontinued with notice (then unused prepaid time is accounted for, if a term was prepaid).
Data after termination is processed under the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the Terms

For an already paid period, material license terms are not worsened without the Buyer’s consent, except where the law requires a change. New purchases follow the version in force on the payment date.
16. Law and disputes
The governing law is the law of the Russian Federation.
Disputes — negotiations, then:
- for a consumer — under art. 17 of the consumer-protection law (including at the consumer’s place of residence);
- otherwise — a court at the Operator’s place of residence, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
A pre-trial claim is sent to the Operator’s email or via the request form.
