There is no public invite. You need a paid license. After payment you get a link and add the bot with Manage Server permission.
On Playerok or on custom terms via the request form on this site. Duration and server count are on the product card or in the agreement.
The support Discord is open only to admins of servers where the bot is already authorized. Everyone else should use the request form.
Open a request with the topic “Data request” and include your Discord ID. You can also email gribbot.sup@gmail.com. Leaving a server does not delete records by itself.
It does not collect full chat history on purpose. It stores Discord IDs, moderation records, server settings, XP and content staff create in the bot.
Discord is 13+ (or higher in your country). Buying a license is generally for people 18+ or with a legal guardian’s consent.
Check the bot role permissions and that it is online. If the license was issued and commands stay silent, open a request and include the server ID.
If the bot was delivered and works as described, a refund is usually not issued: this is digital content already provided. Mandatory consumer rights under Russian law are not limited by these terms.
